Shipping, Returns and Warranties

Warranty Policy for Custom Made Cabinets:

Woodcraft of Dothan Inc. warranty’s all cabinets and tops for one year from the date installed from manufactory defects. This warranty does not include neglect, or misuse on the customers behalf this includes water damage to tops or cabinets. Woodcraft of Dothan Inc. may not be held responsible for any and all defects, scratches, nicks or tears on any part after we have installed and inspected the job if other contractors are entering or working in the same area. Woodcraft of Dothan Inc. is a professional company and will take care of any damages that are incurred on our behalf; but may not be responsible for others working at any job site. Woodcraft of Dothan Inc. also reserves the right to refuse any warranty where the customer may have a delinquent balance.

Warranty Policy for online items:

If you are unhappy with your product, simply email us to obtain a Return Authorization. All requests for returns must be made within 20 days of the time of invoicing. We do not accept returns on custom orders.  All damage must be reported immediately. LTL deliveries must have the damage noted on the delivery receipt. All shortages must be reported immediately. LTL deliveries must have shortages noted on the delivery receipt. If a shipment is refused, we reserve the right to charge the customer: 1) a restocking fee of $25 or 10% (whichever is greater), 2) outbound freight charges, and 3) return freight charges.  When applicable, a restocking fee of $25 or 10% (whichever is greater) shall be applied.
